Detached retina means your retina peels away from where it should be in the back of the eye. If retina detached, the image couldn't be transmitted through optic nerves to the brain, which will cause vision blurred problem at the beginning. If no proper treatment adapted, then the retina detachment will develops blindness. Without proper treatment, permanent damage to rods and cones will led permanent blindness.
