  Yes, you could achieve it by making up. However, some people's skins are sensitive which will be felt not good when using the make-up materials. You could try to wear the colored contact lenses with dark grey or other colors to show the sexy character. You could even choose other sexy color to show the beauty of eyes.

On the one hand, you can choose to get some eye makeup to use, such as eyeliners, which could do this. So use sultry, smoky colors on your lids.Second, soft eyes are sexy.And some lighter colors can make a sweet and sexy look such as shell pink or lavender. Also,natural eyes are sexy, use colors like tan, beige or brown can really make your eyes sexy.
