Well, as far as I know, there are simply no striking differences between these different colored eyes. Despite different colors, we cannot see in what ways they are different from each other. Perhaps there are some subtle differences but they do not impede our life. And you do not do search on that for a living right? After all, it is just a fact of genes.

I have to see they are different by the surface observation, as you can see that the color of them is totally different, that's because of the inheriting. And some doctor insist that people with lighter eyes tend to be more sensitive to light, a result of having less pigment in the iris to protect them from sunlight. That can place them at a greater risk of macular degeneration and other eye-related problems. On top of that, you can get the conclusion of genetic reason cause the colorful eyes, but they are just different in color, nothing more.

Besides the color, there is no difference between the blue eyes and brown eyes. However, they are both attractive. The color of eyes is fixed according to the genetic endowment. If you want to change the color, you could do through the surgery. However, it has the risk. You could wear the colored contact lenses to help you change the color.
