  Cold compress can remove the under eye circles. With cold thin slices of cucumber or potatoes, the blood vessels around eyes would be shrinked. Also, you can put a wet spoon in the freezer for about 20 minutes, then put it in your eyes. You may feel a slight sting ,but that means it's working. Cold compress not only works for eyes, but also works for other parts of our body.

  Nope, it could not improve eyesight, but it can keep eye health in some degree. One of the best benefits of cold compress is relieve injury around the eyes. In general, you should use an ice bag or pack with cloth to make it work as a compress. It can reduce the blood flow to the injured area to relieve swelling, especially work effectively during the first 24 hours when you get injury. You usually use cold compress over your injury area around the eyes for 15 to 20 minutes.

  When you are beaten on the eyes surrounding parts, you could use the cold compress to cover on the eyes to cool the eye nerves to avoid the swelling parts. The cold compress will unblock the blood vessels for the eyes surrounding parts. It is such a good way for the trauma of the eyes.
