Of course not. It is bad to have some alcohol after you can have taken the corneal transparent surgery. Anyway, you are not supposed to drink alcohol in the first week after surgery. We have been told that alcohol is not good for your body even when you are health. So after you have eye surgery, it is even worse to have alcohol, for it will irritate your eyes. So just give up it. Besides, after the surgery, you should avoid eye injuries by wearing a protective shield at night and with naps until you are advised by your doctor. By the way, some heavy exercises should be avoided too.

For me, it is better not to drink any alcohol after corneal transplant. Corneal transplant is said to be the most common transplant surgeries nowadays. Yet there still are risks which need attention. After surgery, people should take good care of the eyes all the time, and avoid any strong light, bending, weight lifting or straining. Don't close eyes tightly. Don't do any weight lifting heavier than 15 pounds it within 6-8 weeks after the surgery. Don't rub your eyes. If you are a smoker, quit it after surgery. Drinking alcohol always makes eyes full of bloodshot, which is very bad for the recovery of eyes. I suggest you not to do so. Take medicines and eye drops on time prescript by your doctor to speed up your recovery and avoid infection and rejection. Hope you could get well soon.

It is not ok for you to take some alcohol after corneal transplant which will be bad for the recovery of your eyes. The inner stimulating irritates in the alcohol will make your eyes be weak at the recovery. Your eyes may even get sensitive to the alcohol materials. Thus, you'd better protect the eyes carefully by not drinking or smoking.
