However, there are some ways to relieve the problem and slow their pace of growth. Try to get some eye cream that contains vitamins and retin A. Also, have a healthy diet and live regularly. If the problem is serious ,try to take them out through a surgery.

  If you do the following healthy ways to get rid of the eye bags, you could get the recovery about a week. You should not drink water too much before the sleep. You'd better use the warm compress every day to release the eyes. You should not eat the irritating food which may stimulate your eyes skin too. You should have the good rest for the eyes which will make your recovery soon.
