Sensitivity to light would be caused by some eye infections, maybe some problems with your pupils, your retina, allergic reactions or an impaired immune systemetc, sometimes it would be photophobia, but sometimes it is only one of the symptoms of other diseases. If anything wrong with your eyes, you need to figure out the causes through a medical exam.

If you find the symptom of your sensitive eyes to light and don't treat it carefully, you may cause the photophobia. If you sit in front of the computers for a long time with no rest, you will cause the sensitive eyes to light. You should not often use the eyes with no rest. Once you get the sensitive eyes to light, you could use the eye drops to release the symptom. The most important thing is to have the good rest for the eyes.
