Well, generally speaking, it can recover after four weeks. So you do not need to worry about it. First, in general we can say that the blepharoplasty will take between 45-60 minutes to complete. After surgery, in most cases you will feel your eyes to be swollen, red and bruised for up to a week. For the first few days after the surgery, heavy reading and computer work should be avoided, for it may be uncomfortable for your eyes, and also, it can lead to swelling. In some cases, blurred vision may also be present. So you need to pay more attention to your eyes and they can recover in one month.

Hello, the time of completely recovery from the surgery can vary widely. And one of the biggest problem after the surgery is swollen eyes. Usually it will take several weeks for the swelling to recover, but for some it will take several months and even a year for a complete recovery. You may also hear someone said different answers, the reason is that all depend on your individual.

After you get the blepharoplasty, you need to take good care of your eyes. You may get he complete recovery after about one month. And one week will let you get basic recovery. You could protect the eyes from the diet and good rest. You don't smoke or drink which will stimulate your eyes. You could use some eye drops to release the symptom.
