A cataract is an eye disease in which the clear lens of the eye becomes cloudy opaque, causing decrease in vision. And when it occurs, you may suffer many other effects. For example, your eye may feel discomfort. And in some cases, it will also lead to eye strain too. By the way, sensitivity to light and double vision may be noted. To treat it, supplementing with lutein improves visual function in cataract sufferers and may slow the progression of the cataracts. So you can just have a try.
