What is the best eyewear to use while on the computer, contacts or glasses?

I like glasses more ,if I feel tired ,I can take the glasses off and close for a moment,which can prevent my eyesight getting worse.But contacts is not convenient.

Computer glasses are best eyewear to use while on the computer. They can help block harmful computer reflections and filter glare from the computer screen. Our eyes will suffer from less eye fatigue if we wear a pair of computer glasses. But I haven't heard about any computer contacts which work just like computer glasses. Maybe there isn't that kind of contacts. But if there is that kind of contacts, please let me know, OK? Thank you in advance!

I think glasses are better than contacts because contacts will lead to dry eye. When we stare at the computer screens, our eyes will blink less unconsciously. This may lead to dryness in our eyes. So I think contacts may increase dryness and make the situation goes worse. Computer glasses can help block computer reflections and glare. I suggest you to wear a pair of computer glasses when you are working in front of a computer. Besides, you can drink plenty of water or apply some artificial tears to lubricate your eyes from time to time. But I think the most important thing is to take a break if you feel tired. Both prescription glasses and prescription contacts can help correct our vision problems. But prescription computer glasses can help block computer reflections and glare as well as correct our vision problems. So I think you can buy a pair of prescription computer glasses.
