Serengeti Sunglasses

As a subsidiary of Bushnell Performance Optics, Serengeti launches a collection of sunglasses containing four styles, namely Sedona, Drivers, Drivers Gradient and Serengeti 555nm. All these styles come in titanium frames. For the Sedona style, lenses used are high-contrast and rose-colored that they can block glare and harsh light in any light conditions. In addition, the Sedona style can excels at blocking glare in flat light. Slightly different, the Driver style is mainly used for driving and general-purpose, so that they can enhance vision regardless of the brightness of the environments. Commonly loved by military officers and pilots, the Drivers Gradient lenses function differently in different parts, blocking glare at the top of the lens and ensuring clear vision at bottom section. Suggested by the name, the Serengeti555nm style is aimed to maximize transmission of yellow and green light at 555nm in any brightness.

Despite of the respective properties of each style, there are actually some common features among all styles. Generally speaking, all Serengeti lenses feature precision optics, Spectral Control Filters, photochromic technology, UV protection, blue-light filters and anti-reflective coatings. Some of the styles have spring hinges. In addition, Serengeti uses titanium to produce their frames, taking carefully into account the common concern in the public that the glasses are always heavy. Titanium is proven to be a lightweight yet durable frame material.

At the same time, Serengeti also presents its Classics Collection, which consists of six Serengeti top-selling aviator styles. For women, the new Small Aviator is just included in this collection. This collection has similar features as the collection stated before. But they offer more options of color, such as matte black, copper and champagne. In fact, all Serengeti sunglasses provide premium UV protection and superior scratch resistance.
