1. Is the account that I registered with the alliance same as my member account at www.firmoo.com?: Yes, they are the same.

CPP （Commission Per Person）means when every person you referred places an order at firmoo you'll make commissions from each of his subsequent orders other than from the first one.

2. How to calculate my commissions?

The calculation formula of the commissions is as below:

Commissions=The actual payment amount (excluding shipping costs)*commission percentage

The commission percentage varies according to the promotion ways.

Promotion way	Percentage of commission made from the first order	Percentage of commission made from the subsequent orders
Online promotion	15%	10%
Offline promotion	5%	5%

E.g. If B places an order with the actual payment amount of $56.95 by going through the referral link of A, the commissions made by A for this time is:

($56.95-$6.95)*15%=$7.5

After that, if B places another order with the actual payment amount of $56.95, the commission made by A is:

($56.95-$6.95)*10%=$5

3. What are the restrictions to the qualification for making commissions?

To enable the promoters to better know our products, each alliance member is required to place at least one order at firmoo.com as of Jan 1st, 2012 to get his qualification for making commissions of the current year. (The qualification for making commissions shall come into effect as of the day when the transaction is done.)

4. How to check my commissions?

You can check your commissions in "Commission Details".

5. Why will a part of the commission be frozen?

According to our policy, the commission made from each order shall be temporially frozen and not be unfrozen until the 21th day after the shipment. For refunded orders, commissions shall be deducted.

6. How long will the frozen amount be unfrozen?

We'll unfreeze the frozen amount 20 days after the shipment. For refunded orders, the commissions shall be deducted.

1. What promotion ways does the alliance provide?

Currently, the alliance provides two promotion ways, namely online promotion and offline promotion. Get the details at the alliance page.

1. Online promotion

You can either get your referral link in "Start Making Money" at the alliance page or enter any address related to firmoo to generate the referral link.

The later is more convenient and faster as well as with high percentage of commissions.

2. Offline promotion

You can get your offline invite code in "Start Making Money" at the alliance page. You'll get the corresponding commissions when new customers place orders by using the code. Besides, this code will save 10% off their orders.

This promotion way is more likely to be accepted by your referral. Besides, we also offer the service of printing coupons and posters. You can also print the coupons or posters by yourself if you would like to.

2. Can I customize my referral link?

Currently no, but will be available soon.

1. How exactly do I get paid?

Currently, the alliance provides the following two payment methods, both of which can be operated under "My Wallet":

After you submit your withdrawal application we'll process it within 1 week.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 each time.
