I went to Dr. Shapiro at Harvey Lewis in October of 2011 and he had trouble finding my prescription. He then discovered that I had an eye disease called kercatonus which is when the cornea is an irregular shape. However, he doesn't refer me to a specialist, nor does he fix my condition, he simply gets me fitted for soft lenses and i pay 300+ to update my perscription. I go to a specialist on my own and i'm told that I need hard lenses, not soft lenses...something Dr. Shapiro NEVER mentioned in our 3+ hours together. I tried to return the lenses i bought from him and now they are giving me a hard time. Awful staff and service....
