Huntsville, AL 35802Dr.s did an excellent job giving a through eye exam, but once I was turned over to their eye glass sales staff it was down hiil from there.
I just needed a pair of reading glasses. The sales staff tried to sell me every type option they could even when I explained to them up front that I simmply wanted a plain pair of readiing glasess. My insurance would only cover basic frames and lenses so that is all I wanted and all I needed.
I t turned out they only had a few basic frames that appeaded were poorer quality than the the reading glasses i bought at Walmart for $16.99.
Anyway I walked out with paying $200.00 for eading glasses plus what ever my insurance covered.
I went to pick up the reading glasses when they came in 10 days later as promised.
When I tried them on I couldnt ot see out of them very well and explained it to the sales person. She explained that you will need to adjust to them and... -
