• Why does my vision become very blurred in some strenuous activities?

  Strenuous activities may not be the cause of your blurry vision. It may be caused by some other eye diseases or improper use of eyes. You may go to your eye doctor and have your eyes carefully checked.

• Can I use the copy of my eyeglass prescription which was issued by my doctor 3 years ago?

Eyeglasses are usually placed at about 12 millimeters away from the eye while the contact lenses are placed directly on the tear film of the eye, the prescription on the contact lenses should be less nearsighted than that of eyeglasses. You can go to your eye doctor to have your eyes checked to see the exact difference.

• Can eating carrots really affect night vision?

• Is it safe for me to wear the torn contacts?

  No, you cannot wear torn contacts, even for one day. The contacte may not only make you miserable, but also make the tear film of your eyes scratched. I suggesy you wear your eyeglasses instead.

• Is it serious to get a little sunscreen in my eye?

  It is not recommended to get sunscreen in your eyes. Most cosmetics will be a kind of irritant to eyes and inside of the eyes. If your eye is little red and your vision is good, a careful washing may do much help.
