Is it serious to get a little sunscreen in my eye?
It is not recommended to get sunscreen in your eyes. Most cosmetics will be a kind of irritant to eyes and inside of the eyes. If your eye is little red and your vision is good, a careful washing may do much help.

Is there an easy way to put the contacts in?
Practice makes perfect. I have no problem putting in my contacts. This is the key step that I put it in. Use the index finger of your opposite hand to pull your upper eyelid upward; use the middle finger of your dominant hand (i.e. the one with the contact on it) to pull your lower eyelid downward. As you become more experienced, you’ll be able to do this just by pulling down your lower eyelid.

Why does my vision become very blurred in some strenuous activities?
Strenuous activities may not be the cause of your blurry vision. It may be caused by some other eye diseases or improper use of eyes. You may go to your eye doctor and have your eyes carefully checked.

What does hF stand for on contact lenses?
Eye doctors use the letters ""H"" and ""F"" with contact lenses to identify specific aspects of the prescription. F is an abbreviation for the power of the back of the lens, and H represents a calculation for distance. The information is needed in some cases for custom-made contact lenses.
