What is toric lens?

Toric lenses are a type of contact lens which are used to correct astigmatism. Unlike regular contact lenses, toric lenses are designed for two purposes, one is for correcting astigmatism and one is for correcting vision.

The black vision is also called floaters which are caused by the shadow of dead cells and fine aggregates of vitreous protein on the retina. So you can take a surgical procedure which is called "vitrectomy" to eliminate the black spots. The supplementation of Lutein Taurine is also a good way to remove the black spots, which helps regenerate tissues in the retina. However, I haven't heard that sunglasses can eliminate the black spots.
Will the vision worsen if you don't wear glasses?

It is ture. You should listen to what your doctor adviced you. When I was 13 years old, my vison got -1.00, then my doctor advices me to wear my glasses all the time, and I didn't listen to him, then when I go back to have the eye exam again 1 years later, my vision got -2.25. That really surprised me! Wear glasses all the time is good for your vision.
