Las Vegas, NV 89169I have been wearing glasses since I was 18 months old and contact lenses for the last 31 years. I have never experienced worse customer service than what I experienced by the staff here. I paid for a "rush" on my lenses and they literally taped them to a pole outside their office and left a note on them for me saying they left early for the day after calling to tell me to pick them up because they were in (and 2 weeks late on the 2 day rush I paid for). I was appalled. When I called to complain they told me they were the owners and I should go elsewhere next time. Horrible experience....
