  It is decided by your prescription power, if you have strong strength, it is not OK to take your glasses on and off couple times or it will make you prescription worse. But if you have weak strength, you can do that to make your eyes less strain.

• Any good shopping experience with online RX glasses?

  Of course they are reliable.I got most of my glasses online,they are quite cheap and stylish.If you are lucky enough,you can get it for free if they are on sale.

• What can be used as an alternative to contact lens solution?

  You can use the saline as a replacement for temporary use. But you still need to soak it in the solution for one day to disinfect if you get new solution.

• Where can I get a replacement nosepiece?

  You can go directly to any optical store and ask them for a nose pad replacement.Some stores will fix it for free whether you purchase their glasses or not.

• Would it be possible that I use my eyeglass Rx for my Contact Rx?

  Your glasses prescription may not be the same as your contact lens rx. Getting contacts is not just about getting the right prescription, it is important to get an eye exam as well in order to make sure that it fits. If a lens is not fitting properly on the eye it may cause discomfort and damage to the eye. Although it is a pain and cost some money, it is important to make sure you get fitted with in an examination.

• What is the difference between polarized sunglasses and regular sunglasses?

  Sunglasses with polarized lenses enables you to block these kinds of reflected light but lets other essential light waves to pass through, so you can see clearly without having to squint

• How to convert contact prescription to eyeglass prescription?

  Yes,of course they can convert.There should be a formula to calculate it.Google it or call your doctor to ask.
