  If you wear them occasionally and keep them clean,it will not affect your vision. I have seen many girls use that for beauty without any problem. Don't worry.

  If you have done the contact lens fitting before , you don't need to do that again. If not, it is highly recommended for your eye health.

  Yes you can. But you need to get an eye exam for contacts and lens fitting first to make sure there won't be any problem to wear contacts.
