• Can reading glasses be for every day use?

  Yes they can be for every day use but not use them all day . You can use them for some close work such as reading , sewing or watching TV . But when you don't need to see things clearly , you'd better take them off .

• Why is it that sunglasses look cool but reading glasses not so much?

  Most sunglasses are for fashion use while most reading glasses are for vision correction.

• Do your eyes get worse if you wear your reading glasses all the time?

  The factors that can affect vision are genes, long term exposure to intense light, PH balance, cholesterol levels, and vascular health, etc. All of these factors can not be changed through the eye exercises. The eye exercises are used to strengthen the muscles around the eyes which has little to do with eyesight.Therefore doing eye exercises has nothing to do with natural perfect eyesight.

• Reading glasses lower part, upper part neutral?

  Surely you can have your glasses like that . It is called the bifocal reading glasses . They are perfect for those who need reading glasses, but also require the regular correction glasses.   Totally agree with Benson. Simply use computer glasses which will help alleviate fatigue, protect your vision and prevent computer radiation at the same time. As you have good vision, so I suggest you purchase a pair of non prescription computer glasses.
