• Can photochromic sunglasses be harmful to your eyes?

  The material in phtochromic lens is silver halides and it is harmless to your eyes. But it is not recommended to wear them too long. Your eyes may get tired as the pupil has to change as the lens color change.

• Does too much crying cause blurry vision?

  When you cry a lot, your eyes will get irritated and then you will get redness and swelling in your eyes.Sometimes you may get blurry vision. But I am not sure whether the blurry vision is caused by too much crying. If you have got blurry vision, you really should see a doctor to have your eyes checked.

• Can eating fish protect your eyes from getting worse?

  I think it is true,especially the fish eyes are good to your eyes.I can't find the scientific reason,but for my own experience,I eat fish a lot when I was young and I have perfect vision now.

• Can contact lenses also provide UV protection?

  Though some contacts are made to give some degree of UV protection, they cannot give the same effect as sunglasses to protect the eyes. Because contacts don't cover all parts of your eyes but only cover the iris and pupil.

• What are the harms if I wear other people's glasses?

  Your eyes may get infection if you wear other people's glasses. Because some people have eye disease which may be infectious.

• What causes my blurry vision?

  Maybe it is because you overuse your eyes and make it tired.When your eyes get tired, you will find things blurry. In this case, you should close your eyes and give them enough time to rest.

• How long will it take for transition lens to change color?

  Transition lens won't change the color quickly when they are under the sun. It will take them several minutes to change the color.

• Can astigmatism cause blurry vision?

  Yes. astigmatism can cause blurry vision. However, blurry vision may be caused by some other factors, like dry eyes, allergies and eye fatigue. So you should go to see an doctor to determine what cause your blurry vision and then give some special treatments.
