• Why do sunglasses in the optical stores are not separated into male and female?

  In the recent years, people go for the trend of unisex sunglasses which are popular with both men and women.So the optical stores are trying to follow the trend to meet customers' needs.

• What should I know to choose a pair of good sunglasses?

  When you go to buy a pair of sunglasses, you should check whether they have 100% UV protection first. Make sure the sunglasses can filter the blue light which can damage the retina. Then choose sunglasses that are comfortable to wear and they should be your preferences. You can try on the sunglasses you like and select one that suit you best.

• Is it good for child to wear sunglasses when he is 6?

  Of course, children should definitely wear sunglasses while they are outside, which can help children protect against the most common eye conditions that develop later in life. If People including childeren are exposed to the sunshine directly, the UV rays can damage cells in the eye.

• What kind of sunglasses can eliminate black spots or "flies" of the vision?

  No. Sunglasses cannot remove black spots or "flies" of the vision. The black vision is also called floaters which are caused by the shadow of dead cells and fine aggregates of vitreous protein on the retina. So you can take a surgical procedure which is called "vitrectomy" to eliminate the black spots. The supplementation of Lutein Taurine is also a good way to remove the black spots, which helps regenerate tissues in the retina. However, I haven't heard that sunglasses can eliminate the black spots.

• What is toric lens?

  Toric lenses are a type of contact lens which are used to correct astigmatism. Unlike regular contact lenses, toric lenses are designed for two purposes, one is for correcting astigmatism and one is for correcting vision.

• What kind of protection does goggle give to eyes?

  Goggles can protect our eyes from some particles such as dust, wood, metal, or powdered cement so that our eyes can't be damaged. People who work with harmful liquid or powdered chemicals should wear goggles to prevent splashing of the liquid or powder getting into the eyes. Hence goggles can bring complete safe to our eyes.

• Can people notice my sunglasses are prescribed?

  I don't think so, i've never heard that prescription on the lenses can be told. But if you have strong power, the lenses might be thicker than the non prescription ones.

• Is it my eyes problem if I found spot on glasses in the same place?

  As you found spot in the same position with the three glasses, it cannot be the glasses' problem but can be your eyes problem. You should go to your eye doctor to have a careful exam, or it will damage your eyes.
