  • You should choose the swimming pool with clean water and less pollution. Use some antibiotic eye drops before and after swimming. It is better to get a pair of swimming goggles to protect your eyes.

  • Yes, wearing contacts too long can cause dry eyes easily, and it will aggravate the problem if you wear them for computer use, as you often forget to blink your eyes when staring at the computer screen. So it is not suggested to wear contacts when playing computer.

  • If there is acute pain accompanied by swollen and blootshot eyes, it could possibly be conjunctivitis. It is highly recommended for you to see the eye doctor. Your vision may get worse rapidly if they don't get timely treatment.

  • If the gradient color is in a coating, not in the lens, you may probably change the color. Try to take them to the optical store and ask. Maybe there are some chemical material that can remove it and make the lens retinted.

  • Both of them can give 100% UV protection. If you drive a lot, I would suggest you to get polarized lens. They can reduce reflective glare which photochromic does NOT. The photochromic lenses will start to fade in 2 years.

  • Aviator Sunglasses Silver Frame Mirror Lens are good. 80's Style Vintage Wayfarer Style Sunglasses and Oakley Men's Gascan Sunglasses are also Very Popular .

  • Personally speaking, I would not suggest people to wear contacts. There is a higher risk of getting infection than wearing glasses. But to your question, I think don't wear your contacts when you use the computer otherwise your eyes could get extremely dry and can even hurt.

  • You should not try to rub your eyes hard if there are sands coming into them cuz you could scratch the corneal. Close your eyes and then half open them, repeat this for several times. Then the sands will come out with tears.
