I went in and got the exam with no problem. It was not until I wanted my prescription to buy my glasses somewhere else that they told me I could not because they needed to bill my HEALTH (not vision) insurance THEN my "secondary" vision that was in actuality my one and only primary vision plan. They released my prescription only after I called me insurance company and handed my cell phone over for the confirmation. The receptionist called to collect the money that I DID NOT owe the next day and was so RUDE to me! They, without saying the word "lying," said I was lying about having only one insurance company when I in fact have two. Um, no.
