  You just need to buy the daily discardable contacts. There is no need to have an eye exam if you want to buy non prescription colored contacts. You can get them from any over-the-counter store or online without a prescription. If you do need an eye exam, you can go to Lenscrafters or Walmart which is less than $100. If you have health insurance for eye exam, you can get it much cheaper.

• Can I wear contacts before eye exam?

  You should leave them out for at least 24 hours to make the eyes go back to its original condition.
