• Where can I buy one pair of contact lenses?

  Contact lenses are sold in many different types of packaging. Some of the contact lenses are packaged in one case but some of the lenses are available as a package of 6 or 12 lenses, it is depends on your prescription and the types of lenses you prescribed.

• Is it necessary to wear sunglasses over the contact lenses?

  It is OK to do so. Wearing sunglasses over the contact lenses add double protection to your eyes, they are much safer from the UV rays, and less likely to be injured.

• What is the maximum power for contact lenses?

  This differs from each optical stores, but I've heard that some online stores cannot do contact lenses with prescription greater than -7.00. As your prescription is greater than that power, you may go to your eye doctor.

• Does it matter if I mix up the contacts?

  If you have the same prescription in your both eyes,it doesn't matter which lens you get for your left or right eye.Otherwise you need to make it clear what the prescription is for each lens.

• Can your contact lenses be melted by the heat from barbeque ?

  I've ever heard someone's contact lenses were melt while having a barbeque because he was too close to the grill for a long time. So to avoid the same tragegy, you'd better keep your contact lenses away from the grill or reduce the time that they are exposed to the grill for.

• Can I wear monthly contact lens over one month?

  Yes, it is harmful. The bacterial on the lenses may cause eye diseases or eye infection. You'd better dispose they as the date your eye doctor told you to, within the experiy time.

• can i get prescription sunglasses online with a prescription?

  Sure. As long as you know your prescription, you can buy your sunglasses online.There are many online stores selling sunglasses. However, before you sart to get your sunglasses, make sure they have 100% UV protection.

• Why can't I focus underwater without swimming goggles?

  First, there is the refraction of light rays as they pass through the water surface. Second, when you are underwater, the water will press against your eyeball, so the index of refraction changes and you can't focus on the things underwater. Third, the brownian motion of the water will also make your eyes out of focus.
