  Of course you can.Some people will wear ski goggles not with a helmet but with a fashionable hat. But I should say a helmet is much safer than a hat. If you just go skiing, you'd better wear ski goggles with a helmet.

• How to choose swimming goggles?

  You should check whether the lenses are comfortable and the nose bridge will hurt you.Then put the straps on to see whether the straps are too tight or too loose.If all of them are comfortable, you can get them then.

• Reading glasses lower part, upper part neutral?

  Surely you can have your glasses like that . It is called the bifocal reading glasses . They are perfect for those who need reading glasses, but also require the regular correction glasses. With Bifocal reading glasses ,you no longer have to swap between regular glasses and reading glasses to read or see fine details

• At what age did you start needing reading glasses?

  I am 23 and don't need reading glasses . But my father started using reading glasses few years ago (about 45). He could not see the small texts on newspaper . It is also impossible for him to thread a needle. And often get frequent headaches, eyestrain or eye fatigue while reading. I don't have shopping experience from 99 cent store and unable to know the quality of their glasses . Generally glasses can still work without any big problems unless your prescription change .

  Just go to your doctor and tell him what you want, then he will understand and do it for you.

  Use an anti-fog spray or put anti-fog coatings on the lenses of your swim goggles.

• Can reading glasses be for every day use?

  Yes they can be for every day use but not use them all day . You can use them for some close work such as reading , sewing or watching TV . But when you don't need to see things clearly , you'd better take them off .

• How do I keep my basketball goggles from fogging up?

  Spit or lick into your goggles.This can temporarily solve your problem and it is widely used for many people.
