Is there an easy way to put the contacts in?
Practice makes perfect. I have no problem putting in my contacts. This is the key step that I put it in. Use the index finger of your opposite hand to pull your upper eyelid upward; use the middle finger of your dominant hand (i.e. the one with the contact on it) to pull your lower eyelid downward. As you become more experienced, you’ll be able to do this just by pulling down your lower eyelid.

Is the cost of eye exam inclued in the Medicare?
Eye exams are not included in the Medicare. However, if you are suffering serious eye problems or if you have diabetes or are at the risk of glaucoma, the Medicare will pay for the eye exam.

What does the doctor check and test in an eye exam?
1. Refractive error. This refers to nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism. 2. Amblyopia. This occurs when the eyes are turned or when one eye has a much different prescription than the other.3. Strabismus. Strabismus is defined as crossed or turned eyes. The examiner will check your eyes' alignment to be sure that they are working together. 4. Eye teaming problems. Even if you eyes appear to be properly aligned, it's possible they do not work together efficiently as a team. 5. Focusing problems. These problems can range from incompletely developed focusing skills in children to normal age-related declines in focusing ability (presbyopia) among older adults. 6. Eye diseases. Many eye diseases, such as glaucoma and diabetic retinopathy, have no symptoms in their early stages.Other diseases. Eye doctors can detect early signs of some conditions and diseases by looking at your eye's blood vessels, retina and so forth. Source: http://www.allaboutvision.com/eye-exam/importance.htm#what

What are the negative effects of eye exam?
The reason why eye doctors use dilation eye drops during eye examiations is to dilate the center of the eye so as to give doctors a better view of the back of patient's eyes. The dilation eye drops may cause vision impairment and blurred vision, but all of these negetive effect would last for several hours, it wouldn't effect your vision.

Can I still use contact lenses solution if it is expired?
It wouldn't be safe to use that. Some of the component in the solution may be deteriorated after it is expired. If you contibue t o use it, the lenses would be infected and cause some eye diseases.
