  You'd better get the trical lenses from your eye doctor, they will check and adjust it for you. Colored contact lenses are not easy to get used to and uncomfortable to wear. If you want to otder online, make sure the prescription is correct and valid, the right size of your lenses.

• Is it difficult to use contacts?

  Before you get contacts, you should have an eye exam to make sure you are allowed to wear contacts. Those people who have some eye probems aren't allowed to wear contacts, so you'd better go to visit your doctor and let him check your eyes.

• Can I wear monthly contact lens over one month?

  Yes, it is harmful. The bacterial on the lenses may cause eye diseases or eye infection. You'd better dispose they as the date your eye doctor told you to, within the experiy time.

  For regular contact lenses, no more than 12hrs of wearing a day is ok. For colored contacts, you'd better not wear them more than 6hrs a day. Otherwise your eyes will become dry and uncomfortable.

  If you are in France, then you can buy prescription glasses with a french prescription at any optical store. Or you can take your french prescription to get your prescription glasses from a french optical online store.

• Does it matter if I mix up the contacts?

  If you have the same prescription in your both eyes,it doesn't matter which lens you get for your left or right eye.Otherwise you need to make it clear what the prescription is for each lens.

• How can I care my Swimming Goggles?

  1. Don't rub the inside lens using one's fingers, a towel or even lick the inside of the eye cup lens with their tongue. 2. Rinse them in cold fresh water after use 3. Lay them flat to dry your goggles.
