  You can choose high index lens as another option. It can make your lenses thinner and is especially good if you have high prescription. But polycarbonate lenses are the most durable ones and tough enough to prevent breakage by accidental fall.

• Do I need glasses when I can’t see the board at school?

  Obviously you need glasses now. Headache are blurry vision are signs of nearsigtedness. You need have an eye exam and take the prescription to get glasses.

  It doesn't matter if you wear them for another 5 hours in the next day. I have worn daily contacts for two days without any issue. But they are made to be thrown away at the end of the day, You are risking your eye health by doing this. If you are unlucky, you may get infected. So be careful with it.

  The daily disposable contacts are more convenient and reduce the chance of getting infected in your eyes. You don't have to clean them regularly and there would not be deposit on them caused by long time wearing.
