• At what age did you start needing reading glasses?

  I am 23 and don't need reading glasses . But my father started using reading glasses few years ago (about 45). He could not see the small texts on newspaper . It is also impossible for him to thread a needle. And often get frequent headaches, eyestrain or eye fatigue while reading. I don't have shopping experience from 99 cent store and unable to know the quality of their glasses . Generally glasses can still work without any big problems unless your prescription change .

• what are non prescription glasses

  Non prescription glasses means you have perfect eyesight and have no need to correct your vision, that is, you don't have to need corrective lenses.So people wear non prscription glasses only for fashion purpose other than correct vision defects.

• Can you wear ski goggles without a helmet?

  Of course you can.Some people will wear ski goggles not with a helmet but with a fashionable hat. But I should say a helmet is much safer than a hat. If you just go skiing, you'd better wear ski goggles with a helmet.

• How do polarized sunglasses work?

  It is really a difficult question.I only know that polarized sunglasses can eliminate most of the reflected light from water surface,ground etc.,so they can give you a better view than the ordinary ones.

• Can reading glasses be for every day use?

  Yes they can be for every day use but not use them all day . You can use them for some close work such as reading , sewing or watching TV . But when you don't need to see things clearly , you'd better take them off .

• how do I prevent my swimming goggles from fogging up?

  Use an anti-fog spray or put anti-fog coatings on the lenses of your swim goggles.

• How do I keep my basketball goggles from fogging up?

  Spit or lick into your goggles.This can temporarily solve your problem and it is widely used for many people.

• Can prescription glasses be tinted to prescription sunglasses?

  Just go to your doctor and tell him what you want, then he will understand and do it for you.
