I wanted Crizal on my frames and even with the sale and my insurance, both pair were still $439. I was told my order would be back in 7-10 business days. On the 10th day my frames were not in and I was told a rush order was sent to the lab for my frames (rush-after 10 days???)..I can tell you what I think the "rush" was for..somebody didn't put my order in at all after they got my 439 bucks!! I was going to get my 2 teenagers their glasses from there too, but I think I will pass. I got better and faster service when I went to JCPenney!!!...
