• Do the eyeglasses online only come with frames????

  As I know that most of online optical stores sell glasses not only with frames but also with the whole pair( frames and lenses in) ,so you don't need to take it to your opticians to put lenses in. You can have your eyes tested and get a prescription from your eye doctor, enter your prescripion online at the store you prefer, then they can start to process the eyeglasses prescribed with your prescription.

• How often should I get my eyes checked?

  For children, it is good to have their eyes checked every year because the eye conditions of children are unstable and always changing. For adults who are under 60 and have perfect vision, it is still good to have their eyes checked at least every two years. If you are over 60, you'd better have an eye exam once a year.

• Is it possible for a 18-year-old person to get lasik surgery?

  The doctor is right.If your son's vision is not stable,it is not suggested to have lasik surgery,otherwise his vision will still keep changing after the surgery.

• Is keratoconus a refractive error?

  Keratoconus is a progressive eye disease in which the normally round cornea thins and begins to bulge into a cone-like shape. This cone shape deflects light as it enters the eye on its way to the light-sensitive retina, causing distorted vision. • How can I repair the broken arm in glasses?

  In most cases, the broken arm may be caused by the missing of screws. A replacement screw will fix the problem. You may go to the local optical store and ask the workers to fix the right screw for your frames. If the screw on your frames become loose, you can use a screw driver to tighten it. If the arms of your frame is broken off, you may repair broken frames at the temples by using hot glue (for plastic frames) - boiling water and pins.   Wearing glasses all the time won't worsen your vision or make you depend on your glasses. We wear glasses just because it give us clear vision so that we can see better and feel better. So if you need, then you can wear your glasses all the time.

• Is there any pain after the lasik surgery?

  There would be little pain after the lasik surgery and the recovery time is depending on yourself, usually it takes few days to weeks for healing the cornea. In fact, the cornea will never heal to its original condition, but it will restore itself to the point than can ensure you to the best vision.

• Is there any kind of lenses that can block glare at night?

  Some people wear sunglasses or polarized glasses to reduce glare when they drive at night. I am not sure whether they do work well. In my opinion, the best choice for night driving is to get a pair of eyeglasses with clear lenses and add an AR coating to the lenses, which will help block glare while driving at night.
