Venice, FL 34285-9066My wife and I have had 3 appointments in the past 4 years at the Venice Center for Sight and I have been nothing but pleased with the level of service. We were greeted warmly by the staff, waited short periods in the reception area and all of our healthcare paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner. The level of eye care was outstanding. My wife had a torn cornea which is very painful. The doctor was compassionate and treated her quickly and very effectively. We will continue to go the the Center for Sight again with all of our eyecare needs....

Venice, FL 34293-5034I find this review problematic. No name associated with the review. There was no indication that this person broght any of these probms to our attention. Everything is warranted for at least 1 year from the time of purchase. All glasses are checked twice before being dispnsed to the patient to make sure they are perfect. It's unlikely they were delivered with scrateched lenses. However, if the lenses were shown to be scratche at the time of delivery, they would not have been dispensed and the lenses would be replaced immediately at no charge. As for the transitions not getting dark any more they would be warranted as well. It is also highly unlikely they would not be tuning after a year. If the product was defective the manufaturer would replace them. We stand behing everything we sell....
