  If you wear prescription glasses you need to have eye exam before buying. Buying on high street is more inexpensive than buying from optical stores.

  Why don't you buy the clear glasses?They can be much cheaper than having the lenses made into the existing frames.

  Yes,of course they can convert.There should be a formula to calculate it.Google it or call your doctor to ask.

  You can use the saline as a replacement for temporary use. But you still need to soak it in the solution for one day to disinfect if you get new solution.

  Sunglasses with polarized lenses enables you to block these kinds of reflected light but lets other essential light waves to pass through, so you can see clearly without having to squint

Generally speaking ,a pair of good quality sports glasses won't block your vision .But if they are too small for you , your peripheral view may be affected to some extent . when you are looking left, right, up, or down, you don't usually only move your eyes,your head moves too so the glasses won't block your vision.

  Polarized sunglasses are quoted with a special material, which let useful detailed optical information through while blocking out glare that might hurt your eyes. But this polarization has nothing to do with UV protection. So they don't "protect" your eyes better.

• Is it ok to take my glasses on and off couple times during the day ?

  It is decided by your prescription power, if you have strong strength, it is not OK to take your glasses on and off couple times or it will make you prescription worse. But if you have weak strength, you can do that to make your eyes less strain.
