Effingham, IL 62401-4188I've only had glasses for a few years now, but my first time was with an optometrist at Wal-Mart. While he was very friendly, he was not NEARLY as thorough as the Dr's at Eye Care of IL (behind the mall). Both Dr's are very patient and knowledgeable and will take the time to give you a complete exam. Their staff could use a boost (everytime I'm there I either don't get clear instructions on what I need to do or it just seems they are asleep they're so slow!) but otherwise I have no complaints. I think the excellent service by the Dr's makes up for the mediocre staff....
