If you choose plastic frame, you need to make sure they fit your nose properly so that they can't slip down from your nose very often. If they don't hurt your neck, you don't need computer glasses. If they do, you need separate glasses for reading and computer work.

• Will my eyesight get worse if i wear glasses for distance all the time?

  As long as you feel comfortable to wear them, it is fine to wear them all the time. Wearing glasses can give you clear vision all the time, so it won't do harm to your eyesight.

• Is it safe to use lubricating eye drops whilst wearing contact lenses?

  There are some eye drops designed to use together with contacts. You can get them from the pharmacy or your doctor. But you should not use them frequently.
