Goto office and check in, told receptionist I was here for scheduled exam and needed yr long supply of contacts. Had exam. Doctor stated I was already. Upon time to check out and get contacts the tech assigned to me stated I was unable to get contacts that vca policy required 1 week follow up (deceptive practice) this policy legally should have been discussed and a copy given to me prior to exam. Then the manager refused to refund money or give me my prescription. I would not recommend this place of business I advise to everyone to go somewhere else that states policy up front first thing as legally required by law...
