• Could wearing my prescribed reading glasses all day harm my eye sight?

  It should depend on what they are used for. If you wear them all day for reading or some close work, it won't make much difference in your vision. But if you wear them for distant vison most of the time, eyesight will be messed up and feel blurry. It is the same as glasses for myopia or hyperopia, only put on them when you need.

  I am also looking for metal frames without the nose pad. I have had these in the past, and they are much more comfortable. If you have any luck finding them, please let me know where

  It could happen to everyone while wearing sunglasses for a long time especially in the hot weather. So I suggest you take your sunglasses off ofteh and gently massage the red spot with your fingertips. If you put a little moisturiser on it, then the red mark will go away more quickly.

• Can I buy sunglass lenses and take them to an optician turn them into my prescription?

  Each lens is designed for specific requirement, so they can not take your lenses out put your prescription into it. However, they can make new lenses for your frames. Just go to an optician and ask if they can make new lenses for your own frames.

• If you wear glasses and use a computer, do you have computer glasses?

  Yes, i work in front to the computer for more than 8 hrs a day, so i need to wear them. But my computer glasses are only for protecting against the radiation from the computer, they are non prescription.
