This patients did call me on the emergeny line the second time and told me to "get off the golf couse and come in and see patients". I tried to explain the situation and she was still mad not at the situation but still me. I care greatly for my patients, I am one of the few practioners in my area to accept state funded plans because I believe in giving back, and access to care for all. But there are certain things I can not control, and situations like this are one of them....
