If you do want to add the anti-scratch coating to your glasses lens, you can shop around to see which store can help you.

If the eye drops are only used for re-wetting and lubricating,it is safe to use.But you should be careful with antihistamine eye drops for allergies.
Are anti scratch lens supposed to be thicker than regular lens?

If the left lens is much thicker than the right,I think there may be something wrong in "refractive index" or "material" for the lens.You can go back to the store and have a check.
