  No, you cannot wear torn contacts, even for one day. The contacte may not only make you miserable, but also make the tear film of your eyes scratched. I suggesy you wear your eyeglasses instead.

  Practice makes perfect. I have no problem putting in my contacts. This is the key step that I put it in. As you become more experienced, you’ll be able to do this just by pulling down your lower eyelid.
