  Go to any optical store at your local place where you can get your prescription tinted glasses. The optician will give you an eye exam to know your prescription. After that you can choose the style of the frame and the color that you want to tint. Then you will get your prescription tinted glasses the same day.

  You can buy a pair and test the quality as they are quite cheap.But for me,I will not choose to buy glasses from the superstore.I would only choose the optical store.

  Maybe not.If you want it to become bifocal glasses,the lenses should be replaced.But generally the lens of bifocal are much bigger than regular ones,so there is no way to put them in the frame. You need to get a new pair of bifocal glasses.
