Dr. Andrea Neff has been practicing since 2005 in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Columbia and Greenville in various settings and established In Focus Eyecare in July 2008 in Fort Mill's Baxter Village.  It offers full service optical and allows her to provide exceptional vision and medical eye care to her patients.

Dr. Andrea Neff was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and began her studies at West Virginia University on a tennis scholarship. In 2001 she received a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. She continued her optometric studies at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry from which she graduated in 2005. She completed rotations at Einstein Hospital and The Eye Institute Pediatrics/Low Vision centers in Philadalephia, PA.  She also completed two rotations in private practices.  Dr. Neff has been practicing since 2005 in South Carolina in various settings and has performed many contact lens fits with soft, Rigid Gas Permeable and multifocal lenses. She loves a challenge in getting her patients the best vision attainable no matter their visual dysfunction. She is especially comfortable with children and has much patience in performing their exams.  Dr. Neff established In Focus Eyecare in 2008 and is a member of the American Optometric Association and the South Carolina Optometric Association.
