When I told the manager I wanted my money back I was told they did not give refunds just in store credit!!! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH CREDIT...
After I let them know I was filing a complaint with my Credit Card Company they decided to give me a refund for the glasses but not the exam. So I had to argue about that because I still need my glasses that will require another exam. They did in the end give me a full refund but it was not easy.... -
