I brought in a prescription from another optometrist and had a competent fitting on a Saturday. They seem to have a good selection of frames. I was told they would get back to me on Monday with a quote.

It took me one additional visit, three phone calls and 13 days to get the quote for two pairs. They had my prescription sunglasses all this time, as I was trying to get new lenses. They said the person responsible was no longer there.

When I explained this and asked for some consideration, I was told abruptly "sorry, no discount". I thought their staff (Kerri and Marina) were basically rude and tactless throughout this lengthy process. Maybe others will have a better experience.
