A couple of years ago (yes, I hold grudges), I stupidly stumbled into this man's office/home for some glasses and contacts. My then-boyfriend now-fiance went with me for his glasses as well.
At first, everything seemed fine. So they operate out of a home and his wife was his frame stylist. No big deal. Then shit got real. Dr. Mossman discovered that I wanted new contacts and he asked me what type of contacts I wore before. When I told him that I didn't remember because it was so long ago and I recently moved, he told me, "Well, you SHOULD remember. Whenever you go to an eye doctor, they want to know what kind of contacts you wear!"
So I had to make a long distance call to my brother and asked him to dig up my old room for my contact box somewhere and it took a couple of calls before he got the brand for me.
