  • That's impossible. The only thing you can do is to replace the lenses if you want to upgrade a 1.5 Index Lens To 1.7 Index Lens.

  • The younger you are, the more helpful the vision therapy will be for amblyopia. Some eye doctors think the vision therapy can do good to children who have amblyopia.

  • Your prescription is strong, so I think 1.67 index will make your lens much thinner and give you a better look. However, you should consult your doctor to determine which one will suit you best.

  • If the gradient color is in a coating, not in the lens, you may probably change the color. Try to take them to the optical store and ask. Maybe there are some chemical material that can remove it and make the lens retinted.

  • After laisk surgery, the cornea will be changed and can't be reversed later. As Lasik is quite complex, unskilled doctor may make error during the process which can affect your vision permanetly.

  • To postpone presbyopia, you should form a good habit of living habit. Don't stay up late and overuse your eyes. Keep nutritious diet and take more food high in Vitanmin A and C. Doing eye exercise everyday would also help. Remember to have your eyes examined regularly.

  • Non prescription reading glasses are made with the same power in both lenses. They are suitable for people whose eyes have the same power in both eyes. However, most people have different unique prescription. If you have your own unique prescription, non prescription reading glasses will make you feel uncomfortable and actually cause problems instead of helping to correct vision. Some people will even have sore eyes and dizziness when they wear non prescription reading glasses for a long time. So it is better and more saft to wear prescription one.

  • The lowest degree for the non-prescription reading glasses may be 0.50. You can go to the drug store to get this kind of reading glasses.
