If your vision plan covers part or entirety of the vision care purchase, please feel free to ask for an invoice from us.
The order list will become unchangeable once your order is confirmed and received at our side. If you have requested to update your order (lenses/frames/prescription), we'd add a remark in your customer invoice to notify you the update has been processed as requested. Please log into "My account" and the click on "Invoice" in your "My order list" to check the latest order information.
Some customers are having trouble when attempting to pay for the order. Here are some possible reasons and solution for you to refer to.
- Please be aware that billing address of your order should be same as your shipping address and the shipping address must be in accordance with the area code of the TEL number, otherwise, you won't be able to get though the payment. Phone number should be 10 digits and should include numbers only (no parentheses or dashes)
- Please check the expired date of your credit card and your PayPal account that is associated with your credit card which may also block a successful payment.
- We'd also like to notify that it may take some longer time to go through the whole payment (to go the page where you can enter the credit card number and etc.) if the network condition is not good. Please try to switch to another computer in your office or horse.
